Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Constance is the Founder and President of GemStones Communications & Consultants through which she and her teams provide customized trainings, motivational keynotes, and executive and personal coaching. Constance is also an ordained minister, whose life and passion is sharing the Word of God and helping others see and embrace their purpose in life. Her work and ministry are compelling and known for their clear instruction, stirring inspiration, interactive engagement and measurable outcomes. Constance is a visionary leader and has worked extensively with youth, young and seasoned adults in identifying potential and converting that potential into progress. She is a Myers Briggs Instructional Trainer®, a certified facilitator in True Colors® and with the Institute for Motivational Living. Constance is continuing studies in Organizational Leadership and Development and Biblical Studies.
